All orders are dispatched from within Ireland.
The products are packaged in plain packaging with no distinguishing marks or features. The return address on the parcel is a packaging and logistics company, so nobody can see where you ordered from. Discretion and privacy is our utmost priority.
You don't need an account to shop with us. Simply select the Guest
Checkout option during the order process to make your purchase without
creating an account.
We do always recommend creating an account
as it will allow you to easily check your order status, make repeat
orders, and access many other features not available as a guest.

Orders will ship after full payment has cleared.
We currently send with An Post, or DPD, which you can select at checkout.
Orders are dispatched same day if payment clears before midday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received in the afternoon we will try to dispatch same day, however this is not guaranteed.
Your parcel will be delivered by An Post or DPD, whichever you choose at checkout.
All parcels are sent using tracked postage methods. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
We despatch all orders on time, but occasionally DPD and An Post can experience delays delivering your parcel. On these occasions we would ask customers to wait 5 working days past the estimated delivery date for the postage delays to clear.
In extremely rare occasions parcels can get lost in the postage system. If this happens we will always offer the choice of sending a replacement or offering a full refund.
Here at Happy Daze all orders come with a no questions asked 30 day returns policy.
Simply
fill out a returns form, which can be found by following the returns
link in the Customer Service section at the bottom of each page, then
return your unopened items to us. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving your returned parcel.
Please note all returned
items must be in their original packing and unopened. We cannot accept
returns of products where the packages have been opened or damaged by
the customer.
